Payment Options

SwagPeople offers a variety of flexible payment options that are specifically designed to fit your business’ bottom line.

SwagPeople accepts two methods of payment: credit cards,  or cash in advance via Business and Personal checks.

All methods require payment prior to manufacturing your order.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Cash in advance: (Business and Personal checks)

For those customers who do not wish to use a credit card, we will require payment prior to manufacturing your order. We accept both qualified business and personal checks.

Once you place an order at SwagPeople, it will be entered into our system, and if you selected Credit Card as your payment option you will then receive a Paypal request for payment and you will be charged for the cost the product and any design time or rush charges discussed up front. If you are sending a check, please send it to CMI Chat Media Inc., P.O. Box 2181, Vancouver, BC, V6B 3V7 Attn: Accounting Dept. We cannot begin working on your job until we have payment or until other plans have been specifically made, in writing, in advance.

When your job ships, shortly thereafter, we receive an accurate cost from the carrier for your product shipping costs. At that time, we will send you another Paypal request for the balance of payment for shipping and any other approved charges that have come up during the process, such as overage of product shipped, design time, rush charges, etc. You will receive an email both times your credit card is processed detailing the charges. Once the charges are complete and your order has been closed and finalized in accounting, you will be sent a statement detailing the transaction and costs.
